The Review Must Be Genuine
Your review must be based on an actual experience with the company. Fake or biased reviews, or those offered in exchange for rewards such as discounts or vouchers, are not allowed as they compromise the review’s integrity.
The Review Must Pertain to the Correct Company
Ensure that your review is about the correct company. Mistakes can happen, but verifying this beforehand saves us the effort of correcting errors.
The Review Must Be Current
Your review should reflect an experience within the past 12 months to ensure relevance and accuracy, as company practices may have changed.
The Review Must Be Objective and Constructive
We expect a mature and respectful tone from our reviewers. Harmful, discriminatory, defamatory, inflammatory, or obscene content will be deleted immediately. Avoid falsehoods, threats, blackmail, and other illegal activities.
The Review Must Be Verifiable and Specific
Keep proof of your experience with the company whenever possible, such as an order confirmation, a screenshot of a chat with customer service, or a letter. You might be asked to verify your review. Additionally, provide detailed descriptions of your experience. A vague statement like “Not recommended” doesn’t explain why you were dissatisfied. Was it the support, the offerings, the costs, or the platform itself?
The Review Must Not Be Promotional
Avoid including promotional content, sales references, or links in your reviews. WR Trading is not a marketplace or a forum for promotions but a platform for sharing genuine, objective, and verifiable experiences.
The Review Must Not Contain Sensitive Information
Remember that your review is publicly accessible. Do not include sensitive or personal information, especially data concerning third parties such as names, phone numbers, and addresses.
